4. Payments & Transactions

Advertisers fund campaigns, and payments to publishers and distributors are based on verified engagement. Convbase reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Advertisers retain ownership of their content but grant Convbase anon-exclusive license to display and distribute it. Users may not misuse Convbase trademarks or branding.
